Why: DataMask by AOL has low activation rates. Agent feedback reveals that they are not comfortable pitching or assisting members with this product. To address this issue, I created a micro-lesson to improve their confidence and effectiveness in pitching and assisting members with DataMask by AOL.

Hygiene & Safety in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
Target Audience: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Members (teens and young adults).
Why: The owner of a BJJ gym in Western Massachusetts reported inconsistencies across coaches sharing important information about hygiene and safety to BJJ members. Observations and interviews with coaches were utilized to identify the problem.

How to Login to Brightspace
Target Audience: Bloomsburg University students.
Why: This assignment was a demonstration and simulation to help Bloomsburg students log in to Brightspace. As Bloomsburg recently transitioned to this new LMS, this resource is designed to reduce the need for call support to the administration line.

Tips for Simplicity & Readability in eLearning (Presentation)
Target Audience: Novice adult presenters using Microsoft PPT or Google Slides.
Why: While first coming into the field, I was intimidated by the amazing visual designs my peers were making. As a pervious teacher, I used a lot of center-aligned text and Comic Sans. The two tips I shared helped me improve my visual designs.

How to Create a Yahoo Email
Target Audience: 45+ year old online users with limited computer skills.
Why: To teach adults how to create a Yahoo email. This was shared with an adult with intellectual disabilities to support their ability to independently create a personal email. This also gave me an opportunity to apply some of the graphic design elements Yahoo uses (e.g., the purple hex#).
